Nancy Frankle
Nancy Frankle earned her BFA from Tyler School of Fine Arts at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; a MA in Art ED from Columbia University; and subsequently studied with Hans Hoffman in New York City and at the Art Academy in Munich,Germany. For many years she was an adjunct professor of sculpture at Montgomery College, Rockville, Maryland. Frankel, a long time member of Studio Gallery in Washington DC, has shown widely in the area and beyond. She has had commissions in New Hampshire, Michigan and Ohio as well as locally, and her work can be found in public and private collections both here and abroad, including The National Academy of Sciences in Washington DC.
